1. What is 1Form?
1Form is an online tenancy application system that streamlines the rental application process for tenants and property managers. All you need to do is enter your details once (and once only) and we'll save them for you, allowing you to log in at any time to instantly apply for properties that catch your eye.

2. How much does it cost to use 1Form? Setting up a profile on 1Form is free for prospective tenants. However as is always the case when sending tenancy applications, the property manager with whom you are wanting to apply to will require a non-refundable application fee (ranging from $35 up to $60 depending on their requirements) which includes a small admin fee kept by 1Form. This small admin fee goes towards our running costs so that we can provide both property managers and tenants with this great, lightening fast service. Not only will your application be sent instantly to the property manager in question, but your details will also be saved so that you don't have to fill them out again later.

3. How do I submit a new rental application through 1Form? Click on the "Sign Up" link and follow the prompts. The information you provide is then converted into a PDF application and sent to the property manager. As a 1Form member, you never have to enter your details again – your information is saved so you can log in and apply for future properties with the click of a button. 1Form is a completely paperless system and as such saves a great deal paper (not to mention the environment). However if you want a hard copy of your application so you can send it to a property manager by fax or post, you can also print it out. You may also want to take a copy with you to an inspection.

4. What if I forget my password? If your password goes AWOL, simply select the 'Forgot Password' link from the login bar and follow the prompts. We'll match up the email address you enter to the one in your profile and send out your password in an email.

5. How do I change my password? If you'd like to update your password, just log in to your profile and click on the ‘Edit Email/Password' link (under the ‘Update My Details' section of your user page) and follow the prompts.

6. How do I update my profile? To update your profile, log in to your account, click on any section of your user page and update your info.

7. I already have a 1Form profile. How do I submit an application for another rental property? If you've found another property you're interested in, simply log in and click on the ‘Submit Application' link on your user page, under the ‘What Would You Like To Do Now?' section.

8. Hang on a second, are you sure my details are secure? Absolutely! 1form uses the same sort of encryption and secure servers as all the major banks, ensuring tenants' details are completely secure. On top of that, their server is a dedicated server that is managed by 1form employees. For your peace of mind, all possible measures are taken to ensure our site security is of the highest possible standard. This as an ongoing process that is constantly reviewed.

9. I created my 1Form profile through a rental listing website. Do I have to go back there to log in and send other applications? Nope, you can log in here. The 1Form system will recognize you by your email address and password no matter where you created your account or where you log in.

10. I don't seem to be receiving any email notifications from 1Form. How can I fix this? Because your email server is not yet familiar with our email address, it's quite likely that it's placing our emails in your junk email folder (don't worry, we're not offended). To stop this from happening, you need to open your junk mail folder, click on one of our emails and select the ‘This is not junk' option. This will ensure that all future emails from us make it into your inbox, where they belong!

11. How do I start using 1Form? It's easy! Simply click on the "New User" link on the menu bar and 1Form will guide you through the process in a few minutes. Once you become a 1Form member, you'll never have to fill in another rental application again (woo hoo)! Simply log in and apply away!

12. Can I apply to any Property Manager or Landlord for any property? Yes you can! 1form's technology allows you to send tenancy applications instantly to any Property Manager for any property at any time. You can even apply to Property Managers and Landlords in other countries if you wish!
