Headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, RentLizard.com is a national online real estate rental search service. The service provides rental seekers the ability to search for single-family, condominium, townhome, multi-family, apartment complex, and vacation rental properties across the United States. Our service is differentiated from other rental search services by its comprehensive set of tools and capabilities for both the rental seeker, and the rental provider - bundled services that greatly aid in making the process of renting a property much more efficient for both parties.

Knowing how important your time is as a renter, and as a property manager, we aim to provide you with a site that ultimately makes searching, finding, and applying for a rental property as easy as possible, at a fraction of the cost and time of other services. We integrate key affiliates to make your job easier as a prospective renter looking for that perfect rental, or as a lessor, marketing your properties for rent.

RentLizard.com was founded by two individuals with extensive backgrounds in the real estate investment management, financial, marketing, and computer industries. Co-founders Paul Gregg and David Fitzpatrick have nearly 25 years combined experience in acquiring, managing, and overseeing extensive portfolios of real estate.

We have been in your shoes as a property manager and a renter, and intricately know the hassles involved in finding and renting a property. We also know that your time is important to you. We’ve taken that to heart in the creation of this site. Our management team is committed to providing you the most comprehensive rental matching service available today.

	David Fitzpatrick - Co-founder Mr. Fitzpatrick is originally from the greater Columbus, Ohio area and still resides there. Dave received a Bachelor's Degree at Franklin University, majoring in Marketing. Dave had a lengthy career with Bank One (now JP Morgan-Chase), compiling nearly 15 years as a marketing research professional. He additionally has over 13 years of experience in all aspects of real estate investing, running two multi-million dollar real estate investment companies. Dave's interests include Archeology and History, developed from an insatiable appetite for hunting for prehistoric artifacts as a teenager, and coursework taken at the Ohio State University. Dave's an avid college football fan and follows the Buckeyes quite closely. He's also known to be quite the practical joker.
	Paul Gregg - Co-founder Mr. Gregg received his Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University majoring in software engineering. Paul spent 10 years with Bank One in various IT roles supporting the Commerical Banking division. Subsequently, Mr. Gregg was the Director of Development at ECNext, Inc. (now Manta Media, Inc.) and has worked as an independent IT consultant for the last 3 years. Paul has over 12 years of experience as a real estate investor. Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, reading, and political discussions.
